Relationship of the Parties:

You and coralcash.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and coralcash.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of coralcash.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

coralcash.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or coralcash.com program, even if coralcash.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, coralcash.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by coralcash.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the coralcash.com program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by coralcash.com. Members will be paid via Paypal or Money Order (2.00) fee for Money Orders or Storm Pay. coralcash.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by coralcash.com. Once the member has reached $15.00 they may request payment. There is an admin fee for all pay-out requests. Payments will be made within 7 days or a reasonable time after.
Members from China and India must send a valid id including their correct address listed in there members area to Sandra Paz PO Box 56962, Albuquerque, NM 87187-6962 before they will be paid. Members from China and India will only be paid via money order to the name and address listed on their valid id confirmation that they send. There is a $2.00 processing fee for money orders. Others members will be paid by PayPal or Storm Pay, Money Order. (Others may be paid via money order only at the discretion of the webmaster as deemed necessary)

SIGN-Up Bonuses
In order to use sign-up bonus you must be a member for at least 30 days, redeems requested before the 30 days will be denied.

Link Errors:

At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.

Cheat Links and Banners:

You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads ,If you click these links or banners 3 times your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited

Inactive Members

In the event you do not click a link in 30 days your account will be deleted for inactivity and you will loose all earnings and referrals. Please keep your account active as your account will not be fixed if it is deleted. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 30 days must email the webmaster to ask for permission to extend their inactivity.
Family Friendly Site

Our Site is a family friendly site. We WILL not allow any Illegal or Adult websites to be advertised on our Paid To Read Site. We will also not except any ads, banner impressions, paid to clicks for sites that promote any kind of Hate, Sites that promote violence of any kind, Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity, or any advertising with auto downloads attached, or Java Script. Anyone sending in an ad for any of the above sites will have their accounts terminated without notice and will not be credited for any earnings or referrals.




Paid To Sign Up

Members will be paid from 5 cents to 50 cents for each valid sign up performed through our Paid to Sign Up Section. You must include the welcome email for the site you signed up for in the area provided (be sure to remove your password from this email). Members who enter anything else besides the welcome email will not receive credit and their accounts will be charged 5 cents for each invalid entry the submit. Members also understand they must remain an active member of the program signed up for for 30 days or will lose signup monies paid.

Searching

Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account can be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline canceled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. If you are caught clicking search links OR having\line search chosen as an interest...You will be fined 5 cents per incident. Excessive abuse will result in your account being deleted and you will loose all earnings and downlines.
Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with coralcash.com and may result in legal prosecution. coralcash.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. coralcash.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. coralcash.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
