Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.coralcash.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.

Can I sell my account?
NO.
Members who try to sell their account via any means will be deleted.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows coralcash.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from coralcash.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

My email address is no longer in your database. Why?
There are a few reasons for this. 1. You were inactive for more than 30 days and your account was deleted. 2. You clicked on a D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K. banner or link more than 3 times and your account was deleted. 3. You were caught spamming and your account was deleted. 4. You had more than one account and your account was deleted. 5. You never returned from vacation and your account was deleted. 6. You deleted your membership with us. 7. You were caught abusing the system. 8. You are caught clicking search links OR having search chosen as an interest and not from a search country...and your account was deleted. With any of these reasons your account, earnings, and referrals will not be paid or replaced.



Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

What happens if I click on a Do Not Click Banner or Link?
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K If you click these links or banners 3 times or more your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will lose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.

What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any money until they activate their account. Active Members are members that have logged into their accounts and click on links on a regular basis. Inactive members are deleted every 30 days.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout. We allow 1 cashout request per calander month. Simply fill the amount you wish to cashout in the box provided. Round down to the nearest increment of your level. Example: If you are a Free member, your cash out amount is $15. You have $18 in your account, you may cash out for $15.00. If you try to cash out for more then is in your account when we validate your account, the request will be reversed ($1 processing fee applies). If you cash out through a payment type that is not in your profile, your request will be ignored (50 cents processing fee applies). If you request more then once a month, the request will be reversed (50 cents processing fee applies). Take the time to READ what button you are pushing.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 7 days or within any reasonable period.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via Paypal or  Storm Pay, or Money Order. There is a 2.00 fee for payout via Money Order.


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to coralcash.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 10% of their direct referral earnings, 5% of their indirect referral level earnings, 1% of their 3rd level referral earnings, 1% of their 4th level referral earnings.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
